I made a reservation to stay overnight at the Palm Desert Residence Inn after attending a Super Bowl party. I called Emily at the reservation desk to check in early and she was very kind and accommodating. Emily stated the room would be ready as soon as I arrived. Upon arrival I met Nell at the reception counter as Emily had went to lunch. The hotel was booked for the weekend. Well was very pleasant, professional and kind. Great customer service. I was given the keys to the room and unlike other Marriott hotels I have stayed in this one, or at least the room I was in was not updated or renovated. The door to the room was in need of repair and the room was visibly well used and not renovated. We did take advantage of the early breakfast the next morning which was a nice amenity. The location is prime and near the frwy, 111 and other popular sites and thoroughfares. Recommended.

Do not stay here Housekeeping staff get confused and will clean a room before you check out. Good food was thrown out and meds were given to front 2 bedroom. Units are up stairs. We can't stay here again We did get the meds

This was by far the dirtiest hotel room I've ever stayed in. After several hours on the road I didn't have the energy to call and switch rooms. It was difficult to get wash cloths brought to our room maybe because they were out but either way, wasn't happy. The continental breakfast was convenient and the staff I encountered was very friendly and helpful. However, I likely won't return.

Right off Cook and I 10, perfect for Acrisure Arena shows. Rooms are pretty standard. Clean, but someone smoked in my room, it had that stale smoke smell. Super friendly service, includes breakfast.

Very tired property that needs total renovation. Avoid it and use new Courtyard Marriott next to it. Carpet stained, drapes torn, poor quality bedding and linens. Cheap plastic shower stall. Motel 6 ambiance at Marriott price. Only bright spot was a cheerful staff at the checkin.

The room is clean. The food at poolside and drinks were very expensive. They have a cafeteria in the front lobby. Don’t really recommend the food very expensive. Very poor quality a ham sandwich. You will get one piece of process ham between two slices of plain bread. good luck with that.
